The Santuit Pond Watershed Association was formed because everyone who lives on or near the pond should unite in support of clean water initiatives. We must continue to advocate for solutions that will bring Santuit Pond back to the pristine gem that it once was, and can be again. We join together to protect the pond by following best practices individually, and supporting larger initiatives, like sewering and alum treatments.
The association started up in August of 2026, and we're still in our infancy. We want to get all of our neighbors involved, or at the very least, to have them sign up for email alerts so that we can all be informed about updates on town initiatives, cyanobacteria alerts, and other happenings regarding the water quality of the pond.
Leading the association currently are John Garvey (Briant's Neck) and Larry Ginsburg (Timberlane Drive). We would like to add a director from the Santuit Pond Estates area as well. Please contact us if you're interested or if you know someone who might be.
